- MEMU SHED JHAJHA: Motor Coach – 48 and Trailer Coach – 144.
- Introduction of MEMU services by 16 Coach Rake on 25.07.08. At present 08 rakes of 16 coach are in service.
- Reliability of Electric loco is increased by organizing Mechanical checking of Mail/Exp Locos at Rajendranagar
- Mechanized washing and cleaning of MEMU rakes at MEMU shed, JAJ and sweeping of MEMU rakes during stabling at different stations is being carried out to improve cleanliness in MEMU services.
- Computerization of lobby: CMS is on line at Danapur Crew lobby and functioning as unified Crew Lobby. The installation of Crew Management System will be at Patna & Jhajha. Installation of CMS at Crew Lobby ,Jhajha is under progress.
- The reliability of MEMU train has improved during last 06 months by various efforts such as repairs of MEMU compressors, ensuring availability of spares/ parts and follow up of maintenance schedule of SMI issued by RDSO .
