Sr.DPO/ Danapur is overall in charge of Personnel management over the Division with the assistance of 2 DPOs/ Danapur and APO/Danapur.

Selection Calendar has been prepared for the calendar year 09-10 to fill up the vacancies by promotion of staff. We have achieved target successfully of last year (08-09) as per Selection Calendar

• Focus on staff welfare-

• Redressal of Staff Grievances: 
  

  Welfare Inspectors regularly visit stations/units and collect grievances of field staff and intimate staff about the redressal of their grievances. Sr. DPO and other personnel officers are regularly conducting Grievance/ Welfare camps at different stations. Also one APO with W.I. has been deputed to remain in the section of "Personnel " Branch and register grievances of staff visiting for their immediate redressal  with a view to liquidate the Staff grievances Welfare Camps has been proposed at staff cluster viz at BXR, DNR, PNBE, MKA, KEU & JAJ. 

• CANTEEN-

The Divisional Staff Canteen of DRM office with 04 staff on Roll and a separate room for female employees has already been functioning. This canteen caters to  the needs of a large number of line staff attending to this office as well as the staff  working in DRM's office.
