All out efforts have been taken to control the menace of ACP/CVO. In this regard, 03 reserve special Punctuality squad consisting 34 RPF staff have been formed to carry out the drive in affected sections and in trains. This squad is being deployed on rotation basis under direct control of concerned IPFs. RPF/RPSF staffs are also being utilized for train escorting duties as well as for conducting massive drive to control ACP/CVO. |

- Controlling Passenger Security, Dacoities and Nashakhurani

Armed RPF/RPSF parties are being deployed at Rly. station for access control duty at platform, railway premises for passenger security.

RPF/RPSF parties are also being deployed for train escorting duties to check incidence of Dacoties, Nasakhurani and for safety and security of passengers and Railway properties.

Time to time CIB team/DNR, RPF staff in plain cloth are being deployed in trains to detect biscuits bandits over Danapur division

Jaharkhurani patients are being sent by the Station Manager with GRP personnel from Danapur, Patna Jn. and Rajendranagar stations, wherever they are detected on those stations. They are immediately provided full treatment at Danapur Divisional Hospital.

Instructions have been given to all RPF inspectors for maintaining close coordination with GRP to control cases of Dacoity & ensure safety of passengers in trains passing through Danapur division

- Control of OHE/TRD and quad & OFC theft, detection & recovery of stolen goods
|

Regular efforts have been taken to control the crime on OHE/TRD and quad and OFC theft head and as a result during the year 2006, 2007 & 2008 as many as no. of cases have been detected with the recovery of OHE/TRD, quad and OFC materials and arrested the criminals responsible for the above cases.
